Procurement Associate

As a Procurement Associate, you'll be the backbone of our ordering and fulfillment process. You'll be responsible for ensuring we get the right goods and services, exactly when we need them. If you're a detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives on efficiency, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

1. Order Management: Generate and issue purchase orders (POs) based on approved requests, ensuring accuracy in specifications, quantities, and pricing.
2. Fulfillment Tracking: Proactively monitor all orders from placement to delivery. You'll communicate with suppliers to confirm status, resolve delays, and update our internal systems in real-time.
3. Issue Resolution: Address any discrepancies, damages, or incomplete deliveries promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
4. Documentation: Maintain precise procurement records, including POs and delivery receipts, utilizing our procurement software.
