Procurement Associate

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Research and negotiate pricing contracts and credit terms with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor stock levels, track orders, and ensure timely delivery.
• Update internal databases with order details and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies for cost reduction and process improvement.
• Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse staff to ensure product quality and resolve order issues.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Purchasing, Inventory, or Warehouse Management,
  preferably from construction industries
  .
• Bachelor's degree in
  Electronics or Electrical Engineering,
  or any related field.
• Strong documentation, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office and online purchasing platforms.
