JOB SUMMARY:

The Procurement Associate/Engineer is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and purchasing materials, equipment, and services necessary for project execution. This role ensures that all procurement activities are completed efficiently, cost-effectively, and in compliance with company standards, technical specifications, and project timelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review project specifications and bill of quantities (BOQ) to identify material and equipment requirements.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
• Prepare and process purchase requests, requests for quotation (RFQs), and purchase orders (POs).
• Coordinate with project, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure timely material delivery to project sites.
