Procurement Buyer

We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Procurement Buyer to join our SkyCity team.

So, what does the role look like?

Working closely with the Procurement team, you will primarily focus on the purchase of food & beverage and manage the daily procure to pay process. You will schedule and coordinate deliveries, ensuring couriers and the stores team are kept in the loop, and you will follow up with suppliers and distributors when the goods are not received. Although not every day, and certainly not on your first day, but you will also assist the business in inducting new staff members and showing them the ropes when it comes to the ordering and purchasing of stock. You will keep business units informed regarding availability, you will build effective relationships to ensure you are across demand requirements and you will follow tactical sourcing methods wherever possible.
