Procurement Buyer

Role Description

Performs strategic procurement functions for outsourcing, master data management and cost reduction activities. Ensure compliance with established procurement guidelines and promote efficiency and alignment by understanding and communicating customer needs and requirements throughout the organization.

• In-charge for material requirements for electronic & mechanical / fabrication parts and PCB raw board.
• Source and outsource both direct and indirect materials globally.
• Conduct bidding for both registered and potential suppliers for all requirements for components needed for NBD.
• Able to breakdown all essential components needed for new projects and effectively breakdown for sourcing.
• Identify improvement opportunities and value adding activities with focus on improving turn-around time and increasing efficiency for the team.
• Participate and support the team's Process Improvement Projects.
