Job Description
The Buyer is responsible for executing the company's purchasing activities in line with approved budget, timelines and quality standards. This role ensures that materials, supplies, and services and sourced t the best possible cost, quality and delivery terms while maintaining compliance with company policies. The Buyer collaborates closely with internal departments to convert purchase requisitions into accurate purchase orders, manages supplier relationships, resolves delivery and billing issues, and supports continuous improvement in procurement processes.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Measure the efficiency of converting approved PRs into POs to ensure timely ordering and prevent operational delays
Measures the accuracy and completeness of information reflected in Purchase Orders
Ensure timely closure of transactions and accurate reflection of deliveries in the system
