Procurement Category Lead

This position is key to drive global packaging category with a focus on sustainability and savings, centralizing reporting with Global Procurement Manager. Will also support negotiations with suppliers for global and regional solutions.

· Lead and develop strategies and solutions within the Packaging and Indirect Categories to achieve efficiencies and costs effectiveness.

· Actively participate in projects that drive productivity across the organization, focalizing in Global and Regional Packaging Solutions, as well as Indirect materials and services’ solutions for the Tijuana Site.

· Support Packaging Global Contract negotiations with vendors on a global scale while complying with regional requirements.

· Accountable for measuring vendors performance, cost savings versus targets, service level and total cost.
