Your Impact
As an AGPS Change Request Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stable, compliant, and predictable operation of Asahi's global procurement platforms. You will provide senior-level application support while managing controlled system changes that enable business needs without compromising operational stability.
Working closely with global stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors, you will act as a key escalation point for complex system issues, drive root-cause resolution, and support continuous improvement across procurement systems.
This role offers strong exposure to global procurement operations, enterprise platforms, and structured change and release management within a well-established operating model.
Key responsibilities
Own end-to-end Change Request management, including impact analysis, configuration support, testing, deployment, and closure.
