QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Civil Engineering or equivalent experience as procurement in construction industry
• Must have experience from construction industry
• Proven experience in managing supply chain operations

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leads and applies Commodity Management thru Spend Analysis to identify critical commodities and doing market analysis to determine market cost drivers and risk. Understands key market players and demand to be able to develop appropriate purchasing category strategies.
• Resolves and manages service and material issues affecting timely completion of project or orders in a timely and appropriate manner. Chairs Major Negotiations and secures beneficial terms and conditions. Safeguards or minimizes company risk by seeking legal support and thorough understanding and review of the contracted work.
