- Manage the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely procurement, efficient logistics, and optimal inventory levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to align supply requirements with production, sales forecasts, and operational plans.
- Lead and mentor supply chain coordinators to ensure consistent and effective execution of tasks.
- Identify process inefficiencies and cross-departmental gaps affecting supply chain flow.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency.
