Procurement Coordinator

MetCap Living Management Inc. is one of the largest private third‑party property managers specializing in multi‑residential property management. We are a growth‑oriented company with our head office located in Toronto, Ontario, and property operations in British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Nova Scotia.

We are currently seeking a Procurement Coordinator to join our team for an open position. The Procurement Coordinator will support the smooth operation of the procurement function by assisting with the negotiation and management of purchasing activities for goods and services. This role involves coordinating with contractors and suppliers to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with required quality standards.

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
