Procurement & Cost Control Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Source, negotiate, and procure goods and services for multiple outlets.
• Monitor stock levels & stocks count, cost trends, and inventory management.
• Analyses purchase data and implement cost control measures.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Business Administration or any related field.
• Experienced in Purchasing / Procurement line at least 2 years.
• Good communication and written English. Chinese language is advantage.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good analytical and numerical abilities.
• Knowledge of F&B supply chains, procurement, and cost control practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
