Job Description

It’s an exciting time to join IFF as a Director, Procurement Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for Raw Materials. The right candidate will be responsible for managing Key suppliers relationship to ensure alignment with IFF business objectives, support the team on developing and maintaining a strategy to source a competitive and cost-effective regional portfolio of raw materials across all manufacturing plants in their region. This portfolio will include materials sourced regionally, with a common supply base and similar market forces.

The individual is accountable for the management of raw material costs and performance and guide the business on decisions related with Commodity based material, including establishing the sourcing strategy and setting strategic objectives individually and participate on Category teams meetings to align the strategy with global, regional/cr...
