Procurement Enablement Lead - ESG, Governance, Training & Development

RESPONSIBILITIES

The main responsibilities and accountabilities for this role evolve around the areas of Governance, Policies, ESG, and Training and Development.

• The role is responsible for the area of Procurement Policies, securing the setup, management and updates of the Global Procurement process as well as the adjoining policies that may be applicable.
• The role is responsible for the Procurement Governance model, as designed in the DOI and Savings methodology.
• The role is accountable for Procurement Savings reporting to CPO, PLT, COO, and the rest of the GLG.
• The role is responsible for the setup and accountable for the management of the Procurement ESG strategy and subsequent reporting thereof.
• The role is responsible for the setup and then accountable for the management of a global procurement academy and the formation of a Procurement Talent Strategy. The development responsibility for this is shared with HR. ...
