Procurement Engineer

ROLE PURPOSE
The Procurement Engineer is responsible for the sourcing, evaluation, procurement, and expediting of engineering materials, equipment, and services to support project and operational requirements. The role combines technical understanding with commercial discipline to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement activities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Procurement & Sourcing
Source engineering materials, equipment, and services in accordance with approved technical specifications, project schedules, and budgets.
Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI) to qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
Evaluate technical and commercial offers in collaboration with engineering and project teams.
Technical & Commercial Evaluation
Review supplier quotations for compliance with technical requirements, quality standards, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
