Procurement Engineer

The Procurement Engineer is responsible for the technical evaluation, sourcing, and acquisition of fire protection systems, valves, and related industrial equipment. This role combines engineering expertise with procurement functions to ensure materials meet technical specifications, industry standards, and project requirements while achieving cost efficiency and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and review technical specifications, drawings, and material submittals from the engineering team.
• Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers of fire protection systems, valves, and related industrial components.
• Conduct technical and commercial bid evaluations to select the most suitable suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules, ensuring compliance with technical and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, project management, and suppliers to resolve technical or delivery issues. <...
