Procurement Excellence Manager –PDCM

Overview

Cooperates intensively with global Process / Data compliance Manager. Supports the implementation of SAP ARIBA processes within the respective OU. Responsible for the integrity of the MM procurement business data, focus on article data, asset data, test code and supplier data (MDG data validation). Verification and authorization of requests for material master within OU. Responsible for the governance, implementation and maintenance of the Bill of Materials (BOM) and production planning within the respective OU. Creates and assigns contracts in SAP S4/HANA for respective OU in alignment with Global Process / Data compliance Manager. Supports the MM Super Key user on the OU Rollout (testing, training, processes,…). Responsible for the governance of the MM within SAP ARIBA processes. Creates and provides cost analysis reports for M&A, Operations and Controlling for respective OU and Group. Controls and reports the COGS budget deviations for the respective OU.
