Your tasks
To involve in supplier management that includes sourcing, selection, negotiation, contracting and new supplier registration process.
Purchase requirements fulfilment including demand planning, monitor deliveries and oversee all purchasing activities.
Works closely with logistics team to ensure timely deliveries of purchased goods. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on material delivery and availability planning.
Maintaining item and vendor data integrity in SAP System.
Generating reports as required for purchasing related activities.
Review inventory levels with Supply chain manager and propose stocking levels.
