Our client KVC Industrial Supplies Sdn.Bhd is seeking a Procurement Executive to join their team

What you'll be doing?

• Order fulfillment: Oversee and manage the entire procurement process, ensuring efficient and timely order fulfillment.
• Vendor management: Identify and select vendors that meet criteria for pricing, quality, availability, and delivery dates.
• Contract negotiation: Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Purchase processing: Handle purchase requisitions and orders within your purchasing authority.
• Supply chain coordination: Liaise with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and manage quality issues.
• Process improvement: Develop, manage, and coordinate procurement processes to enhance efficiency.
• Advisory role: Provide advice and assistance on procurement procedures and contracts.
