Procurement Executive

We are looking for a Procurement Executive to be responsible for executing the purchasing process, identifying cost-saving opportunities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
This position will be based in Kemaman, Terengganu.
Key Responsibilities
Purchasing Operations: Handle end-to-end purchasing, from generating requisitions to issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in ERP system
Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, vet, and select new vendors for services and indirect materials.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices, terms, and service level agreements (SLAs) to reduce costs.
Cost Control & Analysis: Analyze expenditure, prepare monthly procurement MIS reports, and track savings against budget.
Supplier Management: Manage supplier performance, including evaluating quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
