Procurement Executive (F&B)

Job Overview

The Procurement Executive is responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in carrying out the day‑to‑day procurement activities and all procurement execution for the company.

Job Responsibilities

• Support Procurement Manager in all matters relating to purchasing, which includes but not limited to stock monitoring, stock replenishment, quality control, handling disputes e.g. quantity differences, damaged or expired products).
• Perform vendor screening, supply market research and analytical studies to identify and select potential suppliers to be added to the pre-approved vendor list.
• Review and evaluate quotations from vendor.
• Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on company’s needs.
• Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers.
