Procurement Executive- Female

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for Procurement Executive Female to join the team

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 11pm-8pm OR 12pm-9pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
• Raise purchase requisitions and purchase orders as per company requirements
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, products, and services
• Compare quotations and conduct cost analysis to achieve best value
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and delivery schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality or delays
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Support inventory planning and stock management
• Prepare procurement reports and documentation for management review
