Job Summary

To make sure all the order received from customers through sales are processed correctly. To be able to deliver products to sales office/ customer on time, on behalf of Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• To proceed good receiving task, follow up invoice from subcontractors.
• Check the Acceptance Checklist with the invoice.
• Check invoice, make Mitenki List, issue goods movement form, issue parts provisions list, Jiko Buhin List, DN, credit note to subcontractors.
• Ensure inventory by SAP data and actual result and other ad hoc duties related to inventory control.
• Filing, preparing necessary documents for internal/ external audit.
• Report all irregular issues and problem to production planning manager & team lead.
