Procurement Executive

Job Summary

This position is accountable for the Purchasing & Stock related activities/ matters at Jemco. PE is responsible for ensuring that the Purchasing, Stock (Raw Material) & Government related data is fully implemented in an organized and efficient manner. This position is to work closely with Purchasing Manager/ Operation Manager/ Production Teams/ Finance Manager/ CEO.

The key responsibilities of PE are as follows: -

Coil Slitting Control:

• Generate/ prepare slitting schedules with Slitting Division and/ or Outsourced services based on requisition-forecasts and inventory levels.
• Prepare/ validate slitting coil dimensions and tolerances, aligning with Production requirements

Procurement Management:

• Manage all purchasing activities, ordering raw materials (Mother coils, Tubes/ Pipes) as per approved Order Requirements
