About the role

Euro-Atlantic Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Executive to join our team at our New HQ in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. You will manage the procurement process and ensure the timely delivery of produces to support our distribution and logistics operations.

What you'll be doing

• Source and negotiate with local & overseas suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Issue purchase orders, monitor order status, and follow up on deliveries of produce like fresh fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain and update the procurement database and supplier records.
• To collaborate with the Marketing and Sales departments to understand and fulfill procurement needs.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
