The role requires strong supplier coordination, cost negotiation skills, and the ability to understand and speak Chinese (Mandarin) to communicate effectively with vendors and manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities
Source and procure materials for new build, construction, and renovation projects.
Manage procurement activities from the China market for new and ongoing USA projects.
Communicate directly with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and delivery schedules.
