Procurement Executive

As the gatekeeper of GBR Group's supply chain, the Procurement Executive is responsible for the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle. Your mission is to ensure GBR Group products are manufactured using high quality ingredients sourced at optimal costs. You will drive value through global strategic sourcing, rigorous vendor management, and proactive inventory planning.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sourcing & Global Procurement
Global Supply Chain Expansion: Research and onboard international suppliers (raw materials/packaging) to diversify the supply base and reduce dependency on single-source vendors.
Market Benchmarking: Perform regular price-trend analysis to ensure GBR Group maintains Best-in-Market pricing and high-quality standards.
Tender Management: Lead the Request for Quotation (RFQ) process, performing detailed cost-benefit analyses across multiple bids for high-value contracts.
