Procurement Executive

Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the Department Head on all related matters.
Coordinate effectively within the Malaysia Procurement Team, covering logistics, IT, operations, and Retail Management functions.
Liaise with the China Procurement Team on relevant matters, including product knowledge and procurement activities.
Collaborate with country partners for seamless cross-border coordination.
Support the Purchasing Department and all purchasers on matters such as audit SOPs, logistics arrangements, and travel coordination.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
Work closely with purchasers, warehouse, logistics, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth coordination and support.
Ensure all documentation workflows and filing systems are up-to-date, accurate, and properly maintained.
Perform other related duties and ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management.
