Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the procurement team to ensure timely and cost-effective purchasing.
• Review purchase requisitions, verify specifications, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Source, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery performance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to achieve the best value for the company.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and smooth flow of incoming materials.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, customs declaration, etc.).
• Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents for import/export clearance.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse and production on shipment schedules.
• Managing and coordinating the purchasing activities and any related to SST exemption, documentation, and compliance.
