Procurement Executive

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our expanding team in Malaysia to manage the sourcing and purchasing of food and beverage products, packaging, and operational supplies. The ideal candidate will work closely with suppliers, internal departments, and logistics teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Essential Functions: Individuals who meet the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:

1. ENSURE SMOOTH DELIVERY OF FINANCE TRANSACTIONS:
a)Track purchase orders, deliveries, timely processing of invoices, review and resolve any discrepancies matching from suppliers.

2. WORK CLOSELY WITH SUPPLIERS:
a)Source and purchase F&B products, ingredients, packaging materials, and services based on business needs.
b)Follow up on Credit Notes and Amended Invoices issued by suppliers.
