Procurement Executive - RM 5,000 / 1 Year Experience Welcome

• Location: Taman Meranti Jaya, Puchong
• Working Schedule : Mon-Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and prepare Purchase Orders (POs)
• Create and process Sales Orders in the system
• Maintain and update the order request tracker
• Create outbound shipments in the FedEx system
• Apply for SIRIM permits and DagangNet approvals via the respective online portals
• Calculate import shipment costs using Excel and internal systems
• Prepare aging reports and stock inventory lists
• Prepare manual Delivery Orders (DO) in Excel for project hardware listings
• Participate in stock-taking activities
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned
• Perform any other duties as required by Management

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Word
