Job Description
- In charge of Hana Procurement System
- Source, evaluate & negotiate with vendors to ensure cost-effective & timely supply of goods & services
- Obtain & compare quotations from multiple vendors &negotiate for the best terms
- Issue PO & ensure timely delivery of goods & services
- Maintain accurate purchasing records & documentation
- Check granite orders from sales & issue order to vendor
- Check & verify granite sales order by itemized pricing
- To check & compile all the invoices from vendor and submit to finance for payment
- Headstone checking through engraving order
- Monitoring inventory stock through Hana system
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls, budget & qualities standards
- any other duties as assigned by the superior/management from time to time
