Procurement Executive

Job Responsibilities
Provide support to Purchasing manager to source and evaluate new vendors for supply of identified materials for company's portfolio of business.
Able to negotiate with new and existing vendors to ensure supply of material in most cost-efficient manner within agreed price target and budget.
Working closely with sales team to track and monitor delivery of purchased items within agreed schedule and confirm delivery of items per agreed specifications by respective vendors.
Conduct periodic review of existing vendors, provide, negotiate and execute recommendations to ensure vendor performance on pricing, quality and delivery.
Provide support to management in reviewing and recommending sourcing / procurement policies including use of appropriate tools to meet company's evolving business needs.
