Procurement Executive

Job Description

You will be involved in daily procurement and administrative duties such as understanding requirements, preparing purchase orders, communicating with colleagues, suppliers and clients, follow-up with deliveries with our in-house and external logistics provider, administrative work and any other task as assigned.

Summary of responsibilities: -

• Monitoring and checking purchase requisitions from various departments.
• Prepare purchase order, stock reservation and payment modes.
• Coordinate and liaise with vendors and forwarders on goods collection.
• Follow up on the delivery requirement with the relevant department.
• Plan and coordinate shipping schedules
• Other admin-related duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2, $2,800.00 per month
