Job Description

Identify organizational purchasing needs 
Research, select, and procure quality products 
Negotiate with suppliers for best prices, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and delivery schedules 
Process requisitions and provide order status updates to management 
Determine retail prices and analyze profit margins 
Analyze target market and purchasing trends 
Update and forecast inventory levels 
Coordinate transportation and track orders for on-time delivery 
Monitor product quality and expiry, reporting discrepancies to suppliers and management 
Collaborate with relevant internal departments 
Support team goals by achieving assigned tasks 
Perform other duties as required 
Requirements:  
Diploma in any discipline 
1 - 2 years of buyer experience in FMCG
