Procurement Executive

Responsibilities
To conduct sourcing, evaluate & request for Quotation from suppliers.
Proactively communicate with vendors and negotiate for the best deal, terms and contracts.
To process purchase requisition and raise PO timely.
To follow up with vendors in ensuring on time delivery performances are met.
To manage and coordinate the procurement requirements with all respective departments and projects.
To work closely with the Logistics and Finance Department on planning and control for the inventory management.
Comply and uphold all procurement processes and policies.
Provide a full spectrum of administrative support to the Procurement Department.
Other ad-hoc projects/activities assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Supply Chain or related field.
Preferably familiar with IT products will be a plus point.
Fresh graduates with relevant working/internship experience in Procurement/Buyer are welcomed to apply.
