Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for purchasing and issuing purchase order for direct & indirect raw materials for manufacturing and office consumption in a timely manner.
Ability to negotiate for strategic partnership on support and pricing.
Source for office/manufacturing related raw materials/services quotes and knowledgeable in recommending similar type of materials/grades/composites.
Work with QA team for incoming specifications to ensure PO is meeting the requirements needed.
Work with Planning team to avoid costly urgent and sudden shortage/ramp-up of raw materials as well as urgent follow-up with vendors on critical parts required.
Coordinate between Warehouse and Production Departments.
Manage suppliers and their OTD performances (both delivery and quality) to ensure uninterrupted supply to production.
Monitor any potential slow-moving stock which may lead to obsolescence and maintain optimal level...
