Procurement Executive

Job Description Analyze purchasing data and evaluate workflows to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness. Provide tender support for the Goods & Services category. Support the development and implementation of cost-effective procurement strategies, maximizing cost-reduction opportunities across procurement activities. Ensure all procurement activities comply with Company policies, legal requirements, and applicable government guidelines. Develop, update, and enforce procurement strategy, policies, procedures, and internal controls. Monitor vendor performance, conduct risk assessments, and manage supplier qualification and compliance. Participate in procurement-related audits maintain accurate records and uphold high standards of integrity and transparency. Manage contracts, including administration and dispute resolution.
