Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 dependent upon experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with production schedules and company goals, collaborating with cross functional teams.
• Source and evaluate new suppliers of raw materials and ingredients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost‑effective purchasing.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast material needs.
• Analyse market trends to identify opportunities for improved purchasing efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
