2) Provide clear recommendations, including:
Reduced or phased order quantities
Delayed purchase orders
Cancellation of orders where commercial risk is high
3) Discuss findings and recommendations directly with purchasing teams to support informed decision-making.
Performance Tracking & Monitoring
1) Track early-stage performance of newly launched SKUs.
