Procurement Intern

ROLE OVERVIEW

This role supports the Procurement team in supplier management, purchasing activities, and process improvement. The intern will gain hands-on exposure to procurement operations, vendor relations, and corporate sourcing practices in a dynamic business environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Procurement & Data Support

• Assist in collecting and organising supplier and purchasing data.
• Support basic procurement planning and purchase order activities.
• Track procurement performance against budgets and timelines.

Reporting & Research

• Prepare basic reports, charts, and presentations on procurement activities.
• Conduct simple supplier, market, and product research.

Process & Admin Support

• Assist in documenting procurement processes, policies, and templates.
• Provide general support for ad-hoc procurement tasks and projects.
