Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations (RFQ)
  • Compare prices and prepare summary comparison reports
  • Support in issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
  • Follow up with suppliers on delivery status
  • Maintain procurement records and filing (hardcopy & softcopy)
  • Assist in updating supplier database and price lists
  • Coordinate with internal departments on purchase requirements
  • Support stock monitoring and inventory tracking
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to procurement

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
