Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing suppliers and requesting quotations (RFQ)
- Compare prices and prepare summary comparison reports
- Support in issuing Purchase Orders (PO)
- Follow up with suppliers on delivery status
- Maintain procurement records and filing (hardcopy & softcopy)
- Assist in updating supplier database and price lists
- Coordinate with internal departments on purchase requirements
- Support stock monitoring and inventory tracking
- Perform general administrative tasks related to procurement
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn
