Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Source and purchase event and production materials, equipment, and services;
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand project requirements, and services;
• Request, compare, and negotiate supplier quotations;
• Process purchase orders and monitor delivery schedules;
• Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases;
• Ensure quality, cost, and compliance with company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of procurement or purchasing experience
• Strong negotiation and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
