Procurement - Logistics Manager (HOD)

We are partnering with a leading equipment manufacturer to hire a Johor-based Procurement & Logistics Manager (HOD) to lead and transform their end-to-end procurement and logistics function in Malaysia. This role is responsible for defining strategic sourcing frameworks, driving cost and supplier performance, and directly overseeing logistics operations to support business growth and operational excellence.

Beyond day-to-day leadership, this role carries a strong change mandate to redesign organisational structures, standardize processes, and elevate procurement and logistics into a strategic, value-creating function.
