Overview

A leading solar company in Cape Town is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Procurement Manager to join their team.

The successful incumbent for this position will be responsible for:

Coordinate all orders from various departments:

  • Trade
  • Installations
  • Warehouse

    • Place orders with various Suppliers:

  • Ensure introductory call/email is sent to all Suppliers

    • Negotiating prices for goods and services to ensure that they are fair market value:

  • Maintain strong supplier relationships
  • Negotiate bulk pricing
  • Keep pace with new suppliers in the market

    • Coordinating with suppliers to ensure that they deliver on time and meet quality standards:

  • Liaise with various departments on delivery lead times

    • Managing inventory levels of materials and supplies:
