Procurement Manager (CBD/ Construction/ Contract Management/ Up to SGD 8,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning and execution in line with company strategy and policies.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and validate requirements for goods and services.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Manage vendor negotiations, contracts, and agreements to ensure value for money.
• Review and prepare procurement reports and approvals.
• Monitor and improve procurement processes for stronger governance.

Requirements

• Degree with at least 5 years of procurement experience (experience in construction, supplier, or contract management is an advantage).
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• High level of integrity, business ethics, and hands‑on approach.
• Experience handling procurement audits.
