Procurement Manager - Construction (M&E)

Job Description

- Lead and manage the procurement process for materials and services related to MEP projects
- Review and evaluate supplier quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure competitive pricing
- Coordinate with Engineering, Project, and Finance teams to ensure procurement activities align with project requirements and schedules
- Manage vendor qualification, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Review technical documents such as BOQs, shop drawings, and material submittals to ensure compliance with specifications
- Monitor purchasing budgets and support cost-control initiatives
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and contractual standards
- Perform other related tasks as assigned

Job Requirement
