About the Role

We're hiring a
Procurement Manager
to own one thing:
building and controlling our field labor network
.

This role is not about purchasing office supplies or negotiating software contracts. It's about
sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and maintaining technicians and subcontractors
across multiple trades and markets — fast, reliably, and at scale.

If you already have a
network of subs/techs
you trust, that's a major plus. If you don't, you must be very good at building one quickly, especially in
hard or rural markets

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Source and onboard technicians and subcontractors
  across all major trades
• (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, doors, roofing, etc.)
