Overview

A fantastic opportunity has become available with a successful Fresh Produce specialist, in a key role as Procurement Manager . This position offers the opportunity to join a successful and driven procurement team, with a focus on designated fruit product categories, taking ownership to ensure company targets are met.

Working as part of an energetic and personable team, the position of Procurement Manager will report to and work alongside the Head of Procurement and become a fundamental member of the buying team.

Responsibilities

• Procurement of Fresh Produce, across a variety of Fruit categories
• Planning & management of stock, to ensure volumes are met
• Liaising with all parties to ensure product quality is achieved
• Managing successful & positive Supplier relationships
• Negotiating prices, meeting financial KPI’s
