Procurement Manager

About the role

As the Procurement Manager at HOT BIRD SDN. BHD.', you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of raw materials, components and other necessary supplies to support the company's outlet operations. This full-time, on-site role in Bandar Puteri Puchong Selangor is a key position within the organisation, ensuring the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods to meet production demands.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, tendering, negotiation, purchasing, and contract.
2. Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, service, and delivery.
3. Monitor purchasing costs and support cost-saving initiatives (e.g. track price and recommend alternative suppliers)
4. Develop & implement procurement strategies to support company goals.
